The concept

The clothes are only the start. The world does the selling.

First Serve is the launch campaign for Court to Coffee, an activewear brand that doesn’t exist — and that is the point. We created it as a K Social portfolio build to demonstrate what happens when brand strategy, creative production and e-commerce are developed together rather than handed between disconnected suppliers.Every image, product name, campaign line and store interaction was designed around the same customer and the same commercial idea.
She is not only buying activewear for the workout. She is buying for the entire day around it.
The build chain

Insight to storefront. One connected system.

The value is not any single deliverable. It is the way each decision gives the next one more direction, consistency and selling power.
01

Customer insight

We started with the moments around movement: first serves, seaside brunches, school runs and plans that last all day.
02

Positioning

“Court to coffee” defined the lifestyle territory. “First Serve” turned it into a launch campaign with a second serve waiting at the ice cream truck.
03

Product architecture

The range was named around desirable moments: First Serve, After the Match, Golden Hour and Long Lunch.
04

Campaign system

Art direction, copy and campaign assets translated the positioning into a recognisable, repeatable visual world.
05

Store experience

Collections, product descriptions, navigation and merchandising carried the same idea through the buying journey.
06

Commercial role

The finished concept gives a launch clarity, differentiation and a system that can scale beyond a single content drop.
The brand language

A few words. One whole world.

The language system connects campaign, product and customer experience without explaining the idea to death.

The First Serve campaign

Assets with a job. Not decoration.

Each creative piece reinforces the same customer, season and lifestyle territory — giving the brand a recognisable campaign system rather than a folder of unrelated content.
Expected commercial value

What the system is designed to do.

This is a concept build, so we will not invent performance results. Its commercial logic is visible in the customer journey it creates.

Improve recognition

A distinct lifestyle territory gives customers something memorable to recognise across ads, content and store visits.

Reduce launch friction

One strategic system guides product names, campaign messages, imagery and merchandising decisions.

Strengthen conversion

The promise made by the campaign is carried consistently into product detail and the shopping experience.
For e-commerce founders

Build a launch with this much intention.

You may need the full system, one missing layer or simply a clearer starting point. We will help you identify the gap and build the right next piece.
