Business and Beauty was founded by Elise â a former primary school teacher with a background in digital marketing, content creation, and business development.
Through years of working across creative, service, and entertainment industries, Elise identified a gap: talented women with the skills and ambition to grow, but without the systems or support to do it.
Business and Beauty was created to remove that barrier â offering structure, mentorship, and opportunity to help women build beyond what they thought was possible.
